Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Yovia (and its in-app character Dollipop), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Yovia is an AI voice and text companion app. It offers:

• Real-time conversation with the AI character Dollipop (powered by Google Gemini Live)
• Long-term memory of your stated preferences and recent conversations
• A workspace for notes, reminders, calendar events, and photo memories
• Music generation (30-second clips via the Lyria model)
• Cross-device sync

• Free tier: 15 minutes of voice on day one, then 5 minutes per day; 5 music generations per month
• Pro subscription: USD 9.99/month, with higher limits (see in-app pricing screen)
• Subscriptions are billed, refunded, and renewed via Google Play and follow Play's policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing or quotas with at least 7 days' notice

• Use Yovia for unlawful purposes
• Run scripts, emulators, or automated tools to abuse our APIs or quotas
• Use credentials that are not yours, or impersonate someone else
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass authentication or quota enforcement
• Generate content that violates Google's Generative AI policies (hate, sexual, violent, child-unsafe content, etc.)

Violating any of the above will result in immediate termination, without refund.

Dollipop's replies are produced by Google Gemini. We make no warranty about the accuracy, applicability, or timeliness of any AI output. For important decisions (medical, legal, financial), please consult a qualified professional — do not rely on AI answers.

• The Yovia source code, design, trademarks, and the Dollipop character belong to the developer
• Content you provide (voice, text, notes, photos) remains yours
• AI-generated music or text follows Google Gemini's usage terms (commercial use allowed; SynthID watermark embedded). You are responsible for the lawfulness of how you use such output.

• You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings (cascade-removes all cloud data)
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be reminded by email; if still inactive 30 days later, we may permanently delete them
• Accounts violating these terms may be terminated immediately

The software is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data integrity, or the availability of third-party services we depend on (Google, Vercel, Fly.io, Neon).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages will not exceed the amount you paid Yovia in the past 12 months.

These terms are interpreted and enforced under the laws of your country of residence.

For any disagreement, please email us first; we aim to reply within 7 business days. If we cannot resolve it through good-faith communication, you may seek remedies through the dispute mechanisms applicable in your jurisdiction.
