In the other app, tap Share and choose Save to Gleanly. Check the title, add your own note and save. If the app only offers Copy Link, open Gleanly, tap + and paste the link.

Settings → Export backup creates a ZIP with your items, notes, collections and the original files on this device. Keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on a computer. Settings → Restore backup brings it back; restoring the same backup twice does not create copies.

Turn on iCloud sync (Gleanly Plus) on both devices. Your notes, links, collections and, with Sync originals on, your photos, videos, voice notes and documents come across through your own iCloud. Originals download in the background on Wi‑Fi, or right away when you open an item. Without iCloud sync, export a backup on the old device and restore it on the new one. Items that end up duplicated are merged automatically.

Sync needs Gleanly Plus, a signed-in iCloud account and the iCloud sync switch in Settings. Settings explains which one is missing and shows how many originals are still uploading. If iCloud is temporarily unavailable, Gleanly tries again automatically and your local library keeps working. If your iCloud storage is full, originals wait on the device until there is space.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it. Plus is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription.

Move items to the Trash and choose Delete permanently. Items in the trash are also permanently deleted after 30 days. Data already in iCloud can be removed under the system Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Gleanly. See the privacy policy.

在其他 App 里点分享，选择「存到拾遗」，检查标题、补一句自己的备注后保存。如果对方只有“复制链接”，打开拾遗点 + 粘贴即可。

「设置 → 导出备份」会生成一个 ZIP，包含收藏、笔记、收藏夹和本机上的原件，可存到“文件”、iCloud 云盘或电脑。 「设置 → 从备份恢复」可以恢复；同一份备份恢复两次不会产生副本。

在两台设备上都打开 iCloud 同步（拾遗进阶）。笔记、链接、收藏夹，以及在开启「同步原件」时的照片、视频、语音和文档，都会通过你自己的 iCloud 同步过去；原件会在连接 Wi‑Fi 时于后台下载，打开某条收藏时也会立即下载。没有开启同步时，请在旧设备导出备份，在新设备恢复。出现的重复条目会自动合并。

同步需要拾遗进阶、已登录的 iCloud 账户，并在设置中打开「iCloud 同步」，设置页会说明缺的是哪一项，并显示还有多少原件在上传。iCloud 暂时不可用时拾遗会自动重试，本机收藏照常可用；iCloud 空间不足时，原件会留在本机等待上传。

打开「设置」，用购买时的 Apple 账户点「恢复购买」。进阶是一次性购买，没有订阅。

把条目移入回收站后选择「永久删除」；回收站里的收藏 30 天后也会自动永久删除。已在 iCloud 中的数据可在系统「设置 → 你的名字 → iCloud → 管理账户储存空间 → 拾遗」中删除。详见隐私政策。
